Sam Hollis joined Cushman & Wakefield in 1987 where he is a Senior Director. He is a senior partner in a five person commercial real estate advisory practice within Cushman & Wakefield’s Tenant Advisory Group. Mr. Hollis and his team focus on advising users of commercial real estate through the development and execution of creative strategies that are aligned with and support the business objectives of the client.
Sarah Momberg is an Associate in Cushman & Wakefield’s Tenant Advisory Group and has been with the company since 2007. Ms. Momberg provides tenant representation and consultation services to national and local clients.
Clinton McKellar is an Associate in Cushman & Wakefield’s Tenant Advisory Group, joining the firm in 2011. He supports the Ashley Hollis team specialize in tenant representation and consulting services for both local and national clients. Mr. McKellar takes a focused, hands-on approach in formulating creative solutions that add significant value to his clients’ real estate transactions. He provides his clients the necessary information to make intelligent business decisions and achieve their business and real estate objectives.
Evyan O'Keefe is a Senior Administrative Professional in Cushman & Wakefield’s Tenant Advisory Group, and joined the company in 2013. Mrs. O'Keefe assists the Ashley Hollis team in event planning, transaction support and administrative duties. |
